Dream trip status officially unlocked. In this video, we explore Egypt’s past and present, starting at the incredible Grand Egyptian Museum, then heading out to the iconic Giza Pyramids. We also venture beyond the crowds to Saqqara and Dashur, where you really start to feel the scale and age of it all. And then there was New Year’s Eve. We rang in the new year on a terrace overlooking the pyramids - fireworks in the distance, music in the air, and one of those moments that hits you with just how lucky you are to be standing exactly where you are.
