I used a range of hard body lure's with different techniques, from trolling to casting and even jigging up with Vibes from the bottom. I found the best way to target these fish at melton res because its such a big expanse of water is to use your sounder and find a school of fish, throw a few lures in their faces and find out if they are feeding.
