High Protein Kala Chana Beetroot Paneer Tikka Healthy Snack | Weight Loss Recipe 🌱 Why this works for weight loss High protein: Paneer + kala chana help keep you full longer High fiber: Beetroot & chana improve digestion Low oil & baked/grilled: No deep frying Great for snacks or post-workout 🥗 Ingredients (2 servings) ½ cup boiled kala chana 100 g low-fat paneer, grated ½ cup beetroot, boiled & miced ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste 1 tsp olive oil / mustard oil Optional: capsicum & onion cubes 👩🍳 Method In a bowl, onion, spices, green chilly and salt Add paneer, beetroot, kala chana, and veggies.
