Welcome to STUDENT MEALZ! How to make Russian style pan fried potatoes? Well today we're going to tell you just that ;p == INGREDIENTS == 5 to 6 potatoes 1/2 white onion Olive oil Salt == RECIPE == 1. Cut the potatoes into fries 2. Chop up the onion 3. Place a pan on a fire and add olive oil 4. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes 5. Mix it up so everything is covered with oil 6. Fry them for a few minutes and cover the pan with a lid 7. Lower the fire and let them fry until they're about half way done 8. Once they're halfway done, add the onion 9. Give it a good stir and season with salt 10.
