Doing Classic Mode as Mario without using a Continue allows you unlock Luigi. You'll probably want to set your stock to 5 just in case, especially with that x10 character stage. That completely caught me off guard when I did the Archive run. Speaking of character, it seems as though the Target and Platform missions are different depending on which one you use. I thought they would've been randomized, but I got the same ones on my repeat attempts. Race to Finish seems to be the same as any character, so at least that saves you the trouble of having to learn a new layout. Finally, after having to do Master of Craziness so many times, it's a nice breath of fresh air to be fighting only one Hand again. Mario himself has also been these games since the beginning, so he's very simplistic. Though, his Left/Right Special is completely useless. He just swings the Mario World Cape around for a little bit, not even dealing any knockback. They should've just had that be the Galaxy Spin, and then have the Down Special be a Ground Pound or something. His Up Special is pretty useful for stunning enemies, though.
