IBT Program - Meadowvale SS

The International Business and Technology (IBT) program is a specialized regional program that focuses on Business and Technology through the lens of the Ontario curriculum. The program engages the modern learner with a global focus using project-based, cross-curricular, inquiry-driven learning that is enhanced by technology. Students focusing on Business learn how to incorporate a variety of business models into project-based entrepreneurial learning challenges. Similarly, students focusing on Technology learn skills required to find success in robotics, STEM, and other new and emerging technologies. Throughout the program, students will further develop the 21st century competencies: critical thinking and problem solving, learning to learn, entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, collaboration, communication and global citizenship. The IBT program is offered at Meadowvale Secondary School, North Park Secondary School and T.L. Kennedy Secondary School.
