Add half a spoon of carom seeds, one spoon of sesame seeds, and salt to taste. Add chili powder (adjust based on your preference) and a pinch of turmeric for color. Add butter (or refined oil) for that extra crispiness, and mix everything well. Let the water boil completely, then reduce the flame and add the flour. Turn off the stove and mix the dough thoroughly. After letting the dough rest for 2-3 minutes, knead it with your palms, wetting your hands to prevent burns. Roll the dough into small lemon-sized portions and shape them into Chakodis. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the Chakodis on low flame until they are golden and crispy.
