This is a very simple and very healthy (no frying!) dish to make, and my Mum made it regularly for dinners growing up. Actually, she still makes it now! Just mix all the ingredients in the steaming dish, chuck it in the fridge to marinate, and use that same dish to cook. You'll need at least 30 minutes for the flavours to sink into the meat when marinating. My Mum does the marinating in the morning, puts it in the fridge, and once we're all back from work or school, place it in the steamer and dinner is ready in 20 minutes!
