In this video, I show exactly what we did to diagnose the issue. We: ✅ Reset the NTD (Network Termination Device) ✅ Bypassed the customer's router using a direct CAT6 connection ✅ Reset both the NTD and the gateway ✅ Confirmed the CAT6 cable is perfect with no faults Despite all of this, the NTD still fails to connect — just a sequence of flashing lights and no internet whatsoever.
