Cook red Thai curry paste for 1 minute Gradually stir in coconut milk until smooth Add fish sauce and sugar Whisk in peanut butter until creamy Stir in soy sauce and black vinegar Simmer gently and adjust thickness as needed. Keep warm on low heat. 6. Cook the chicken Heat a pan or grill pan over medium-high heat.
