🎓 Thinking about my 300-hour yoga teacher training? Here's what to expect: 📆 Program Structure & Schedule -The training meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, so your weekends are yours. -Can’t make every session? That’s okay. Just stay reasonably caught up with the recordings. -We’ve got students in multiple time zones. If you're unsure, just ask. -You don’t need to sub out your classes. Keep teaching. -Late? Early? Still better than skipping. Show up when you can. -Sessions have a dedicated moderator so I can focus on teaching. -Classes are in 90-minute bursts with 90-minute breaks to reset and manage life. 📝 Homework & Assignments -All homework is issued upfront with clear deadlines. No surprises. -Assignments are short and reflective: a comment, a quiz, or a post. -Homework = critical thinking, not memorizing facts. -No exams, no grades. Just practical, real-world projects you’ll actually use. -I read every word. It’s your direct line to me. 🔓 Long-Term Access -You get full access to course materials on Jan 1, 2026. -You have until March 1, 2027 to complete the program and earn your YA certificate. -Access continues for years, and extensions are easy. 💻 Tech & Platform -Recordings are housed in an easy-to-use course portal (with a mobile app). -Our private social network also has an app. You’ll be placed in a dedicated cohort, but can join the main community now. 📚 Curriculum & Learning Style -Curriculum spans pain science, somatics, stretching, biomechanics, and restorative. -It evolves with your participation, this isn’t a rigid syllabus. -Reading list includes 5 books + 2 free downloads.
