Ms. Saadia Mosbeh shares her "Tunisian Dream". In her TED Talk, she shares her dream for a Tunisia full of fraternity and tolerence of differences. Saadia Mosbeh is a Tunisian Anti-Racism Activist. In 2015, she sought to spark a national debate on this subject and obtain the recognition of slavery as a crime against humanity, while regretting that the 2014 Constitution was imprecise on the rights of minorities and the definition of discrimination and that black Tunisians are poorly represented in the government and in the Assembly of People's Representatives (no minister in 2015 and only one deputy, Jamila Ksiksi) It contributes through its action to the wide adoption (125 votes out of 131) of the anti-racist law on October 9, 2018. It also welcomes, a few months later, that Tunisia proclaimed January 23 as the national day for the abolition of slavery. However, in 2020, if she reports that the silence has been broken and that two court cases have resulted in judgments. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
