Why have your tv on the wall when you can have it on an easel? This tv stand looks nice in your home decor and is very handy in use as you can wheel it closer to your sofa whenever you want to cozy up with a movie. Made from timber I had leftover from previous projects this build didn't cost me a thing! If you had to buy new timber it will still be made for under £30 in materials. My 32" tv is 75x46 cm and 7 cm deep, the stand is build for these measurements. If you have a tv that is a lot bigger make the frame a bit wider. The frame is 150cm tall and 56cm wide. The base is made from 44mmx18mm planed smooth timber The legs are 60cm long, you need two of these, and the piece in between the legs 42.4cm The upright frame is made from 34mmx34mm planed smooth timber The uprights are 90cm tall, you need two of these, and the horizontal piece is 46cm. The piece in the middle that holds the clamp is 65cm long. For the shelf the tv sits on you need a 46cm long piece of wood, mine is 7cm deep, the depth of my tv. The lower shelf is deeper, 12cm, and sits in between the frame so 46cm-twice the wood thickness=39.2cm You need 3 pieces of 15cm to make the clamp, the overall width of the clamp is around 8 cm. The wheels I used have a base of 4x4cm and are 7cm heigh. For more details on the build, measurements etc. head over to my website https://www.hestershandmadehome.com/h...
