If you have any questions please email us at liveshow@toprocks.com WATCHING OUR SALES YouTube will ask you to have a YouTube channel before you can join the Live Chat. If you need help, search Google Support: “Create a YouTube channel”. CLAIMING To Claim, post the Box Number Francis shows in the Live Chat. This number will only be shown after Francis has briefly gone over the Box. Please claim in the Live Chat during the Premiere as we might miss your claims otherwise. Claiming is on a first come first served basis, and though your name may appear first on your screen, it unfortunately might not be the case. Please wait for the Toprock Gemstones and Minerals account to confirm your claim. All claims will be posted into the YouTube comment section after the Premiere. Late claims: you are welcome to email us at liveshow@toprocks.com, message us on any social media platform, or comment in the YouTube comment section. All late claims will be timestamped according to time claimed. Late claims are only open for 12 Hours after the Premiere. After 12 Hours, Live Show Products are processed and should be up on the website within 2 - 3 business days. SERVER WARS Unfortunately not everyone is in the same place or has the same connection, devices etc as everyone else. We therefore try to change servers every Premiere in order to try and even out the playing field. We know it can be frustrating when you are left behind due to lags or servers. Francis and I will always try to have each and every YouTube Sale client’s back. Please feel free to pop us an email with feedback, stock you would have liked to have claimed but couldn’t, and we will see what we can do for you. We are always open to suggestions and are continuously growing our Live Sale platform. If you have any advice, feedback or questions please email us at liveshow@toprocks.com MINIMUM ORDER / STOCKPILING We’re a wholesaler, so before we can ship out a box, your total goods value needs to be at least $500 (ZAR10,000) (excluding shipping and taxes). You are more than welcome to Stockpile with us until you hit your ideal shipping weight / value. Please note our 180 day Stockpile Policy. Stockpiling basics: Select “STOCKPILE” at checkout to buy items without shipping immediately. When you’re ready to ship everything, on your final checkout choose “I am finished stockpiling”. We’ll then pack, weigh, and send your shipping quote / “Pack & Send” instruction. (If you want the official stockpiling rules in writing, they’re on the Toprock website — or email us and we’ll point you to the right page.) SHIPPING There is a Shipping Calculator in your Cart / Basket, and you can also check shipping on individual product pages. International shipping: Express Air is available at checkout and is usually 7–14 days door to door (excluding customs delays and import fees on your side). South Africa shipping: calculated at checkout via The Courier Guy. PRICING Our website checkout currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Our YouTube Sale tag prices are in USD. We convert from ZAR to USD using that day’s Premiere exchange rate and round up. ACCOUNTS To open an account with us please email us your email address, shipping details, contact number and name to liveshow@toprocks.com. If you already have an account with us but have not bought from the YouTube Sale, please pop me an email with your email address. INVOICING Orders usually go out within 24 hours (the next day) of the YouTube Sale, except for Saturday shows, where orders are sent the following Monday (SAST). Orders will be sent from liveshow@toprocks.com. Please select the “Complete Purchase” button and choose your Shipping and Payment options. Any order not completed within Seven Days will be cancelled.
