And this doesn’t just happen during presentations. It happens in 1:1s, client conversations, performance discussions, and even routine meetings. Become mindful of when you’re holding your breath or your body is constricting. Then reset—sit tall, open the chest, and take a few slow, deep breaths, ensuring the exhale is longer than the inhale.
