You need to make sure that you are working your lower chest! That is why I am going to give you a workout with 3 exercises for more defined lower pecs. If you are trying to lose fat, you need to make sure that you have muscle for when you get rid of your man boobs. If you push your arm down and across in your exercises you are working your lower chest. It is important to make sure that you are doing the right exercises and right form, to target your lower chest and not your upper chest. Now, let’s get started with the 3 exercises for more defined lower pecs in this workout. Exercise #1: DECLINE CHAIR DIP. You are going to use 2 chairs, one on each side of you. Have your hands on the back of the chairs, and you are going to do push ups. To make the exercise more difficult, bend your knees, so that less weight is on your feet. This will add more resistance on the lower part of your pecs. Also, make sure that you are leaning forward so that your chest is almost facing the ground. If you are more vertical, that will put more work on your triceps. Exercise #2: REVERSE GRIP INCLINE PUSHUP. We are just going to use one chair. Depending on your flexibility, you can either put your hands on the sides of the chair, or put them on the front of your chair and have your palms facing forward. This exercise emphasizes your lower chest so much more when you have your palms facing forward. Exercise #3: DUMBBELL BRIDGE PRESS. Lay on the ground, have your feet flat on the ground, and lift your glutes in the air. This is going to make it so that when you push the dumbbells up, you are actually pushing them down targeting the lower chest. Add these exercises to your next chest workout to make sure that you are working your lower chest, to get rid of those man boobs and get a more round chest.
