To access this feature, start by navigating to the left-side toolbar, scrolling down to Reports, and selecting Reports. Once you’re on the Reports Dashboard, you’ll see filtering options for Policy and Person Detail within the Client Detail Report, as well as within the Policy and Client reports. Select the Policy and Client Report to begin. From there, locate the Policy Tags field. To add a tag to the Report Column on the right, click the Green Right Arrow. Repeat this step for any additional tags you want included in your report. After all tags have been added to the Report Column, drag or move them into the Filters section for your selected Policy Type. Once you’ve completed this step, click View Report at the top of the screen. When the report generates, you’ll see the data filtered according to the tags you selected. Still have questions?
