FOR DRY KARAHI : mutton 70 to 80 % boiled (do not leave yakhni in it ) oil 1/4 to 1/2 cup green chilies 6 ginger 1 tbsp julienne coriander 1/2 bunch chopped butter 1 tbsp karahi masala 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp FOR MASALEDAR KARAHI : tomatoes 2 large chopped green chilies 2 fine chopped karahi masala 1 tbsp extra yogurt 2 tbsp yakhni 1/2 to 1 cup KARAHI MASALA : salt 1 tsp or to taste red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp black pepper crushed 1 tsp chat masala 1 tsp dry roasted and crushed coriander 1 tbsp dry roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tbsp crushed qoosuri methi 1 tbsp tikka msala 1 tbsp or to taste mix all spices and set a side for mutton boil it 80 % for chicken use it raw add oil in a wok and add boiled mutton after 2 minutes add green chilies.cook along with meat. after a minute add ginger garlic paste and 1/4 cup water. cook 3 to 4 minutes more on low flame. take it out and put in a serving dish sprinkle ready masala on top. add lemon juice garnish with ginger and coriander. serve with raita FOR MASALEDAR KARAHI : add mutton wih G.G paste,half masala and 1 cup water in pressure cooker. cook meat til gets 80 % cooked in a separate wok add oil and fry mutton. if it has some yakhni left in the end ,do not add while frying now take it out and set a side. add tomatoes ,remaining masala and chilies in the same oil and cook til oil gets separated. then add yogurt. cook it as well on high flame. then add meat and yakhni. cook it til it gets completely tender and well combine. dry it out and add again coriander,ginger and masala . serve with raita and naan MY SECOND CHANNEL / @maherazlifestyle1899 facebook page / maherazcooking Pinterest / maherai Instagram https://www.instagram.com/maheraz_coo... #karahi2ways #balochikarahi #MaherazCooking
