All you need to do is present an accomplished Health Declaration Form. For those coming from outside the Bicol Region, an accomplished Health Declaration Form and a Negative Antigen or RT-PCR result taken 72 hours prior to your arrival is required. NOTE: For those who are fully vaccinated, you will only need to present an accomplished Health Declaration form and your Vaccination card. Paniman Caramoan - For those coming from within the Bicol Region, an accomplished Health Declaration form and a Negative Antigen result taken 72 hours prior to your arrival is required.
