LEAVE A COMMENT *********************************************************** Seared Steak with Mushrooms and Onions 2 ½ pounds of Steak (sliced thin) 6 Garlic Cloves 2 Spoonful of adobo ¼ Olive Oil ½ Onions Bunch of Mushrooms ¼ Cooking Wine 1 spoonful Soy sauce First, rinse the steaks one at a time. Mince 6 garlic cloves with adobo and add it to the steaks, add some salt and black Pepper, tenderize with a mallet, cover with plastic wrap and let them rest for 15 minutes. Tenderize the Steak with a mallet, In a heated pan add Olive Oil and sear the steaks, 3 minutes on each side. Once completed, In the same frying pan add the Mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Saute these together, add cooking wine and soy sauce. When done, add it to the cooked steaks and enjoy with anything you like. ********************************************************** Bistec a la plancha con champiñones y cebolla 2 ½ libras de bistec (rebanadas finas) 6 dientes de ajo 2 cucharadas de adobo ¼ de aceite de oliva ½ cebolla Manojo de champiñones ¼ de vino para cocinar 1 cucharada de salsa de soya Primero, enjuague los bistecs uno a la vez. Picar 6 dientes de ajo con adobo y agregarlo a los filetes, agregar un poco de sal y pimienta negra, ablandar con un mazo, tapar con film transparente y dejar reposar por 15 minutos. Ablande el bistec con un mazo, en una sartén caliente agregue aceite de oliva y dore los bistecs, 3 minutos por cada lado. Una vez completado, en la misma sartén agregar los Champiñones, la cebolla y el ajo. Saltee estos juntos, agregue el vino para cocinar y la salsa de soya. Cuando esté listo, agrégalo a los bistec cocidos y disfrútalo con lo que quieras.
