Perfect if you: Don’t have an oven Want an easier croissant method Love soft, fluffy pastries with a crispy outside 🧾 Ingredients Milk: ~100 ml Sugar: 20 g Instant yeast: 4 g Egg: 1 All-purpose flour: 280 g Salt: 2 g Soft butter: 30 g Oil for frying: as needed 👩🍳 Method Mix half the milk, egg, and yeast. Add flour and salt; mix well. Gradually add remaining milk if needed. Add butter and knead until soft. Rest the dough until puffed. Roll into a large rectangle and trim edges. Cut, roll, and shape croissants. Rest on parchment paper. Fry gently in warm oil (low heat). Fill with melted chocolate or roll in sugar. ⚠️ Important Tip Keep the oil temperature low and steady so the croissants cook through.
