He has also worked with UNESCO and conducted major cultural projects for Canada’s Department of External Affairs (now Global Affairs Canada). In 1989, Paul founded the World Culture Project in Markham, Canada, which he continues to direct. He has authored numerous books, including Culture - Beacon of the Future, Revolution or Renaissance, The World as Culture, and The Great Cultural Awakening.
