Cost breakdown: To make crab rangoon (Recipe makes 30 to 40) Cream cheese $2.50 Crab $1.25 (I used 2 but I recommend only using one) Sugar $1.25 Dried chives $1.25 Wonton wrapper (or chips) $1.25 Cost $7.50 You need oil for frying but as many of you know, I strain and reuse my oil multiple times. The oil I used in this video has been re-used 4 times already.
