Im going to help you in this video to figure out whether you are using a single handed backhand or double handed back and what is the best way to switch from forehand grip to backhand grip. The single handed backhand grip is pretty easy because many pros also use the Western forehand grip and then use that exact same grip and just switch to the backhand. This way you don't have to change the grip at all you can just go from the forehand swing to the backhand swing. The double handed backhand is a little bit more tricky. What you want to do here is have your left hand already in its place on bevel seven with the left hand and then whatever forehand grip you use. This becomes very easy because if your left hand is already on the grip, all you have to do is to switch your right hand from right to left.
