Mayor discusses San Diego Finances amid COVID-19 Pandemic SAN DIEGO – Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer, joined by City Councilmember Scott Sherman and Chief Operating Officer Kris Michell discussed preliminary City financial figures in light of the effects the COVID-19 pandemic is having on San Diego’s economy.
