I love burgers! Nothing better than being invited into one of Belfast's most popular burger restaurants - Tribal Burger. It was great to see Paul again, who took me through their preparation of the patties, but also let me loose in their working kitchen (outside opening hours of course). Such wonderful ingredients and lovely people! A special highlight for me was making the chicken wings - where their secret recipe is one of the best on the whole island for me.
