Welcome back to Perimenopausal Chats. I’m Gina Liberty, and today we’re talking about something women in this season of life rarely hear… 🛑 Permission to do absolutely nothing. After months of moving, stress, traveling, and life being…life…my body finally said “Nope. We’re done.” And maybe you’ve been there too. 🤍 There were a couple days recently where I didn’t want to walk, cook, clean, talk, think, or move. Just nothing. ❌ And that can come with so much guilt when you’re used to being the strong one, the do-er, the one who keeps everything running. But here’s what I want you to hear today... You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to shut it all down for a day or two. Your body is not lazy…she’s talking to you. And when we listen? We recover faster. We come back fuller.
