I also saw China Railway tracks nearby, showing how well-connected even these remote regions are. 🌙 Reaching Songpan & Finding a Place to Stay By nightfall, I finally reached Songpan (松潘), a historic town known for its Tibetan culture and ancient city walls. 🏢 First, I went to the police station to ask for help, but this time, they didn’t assist me. 📱 I checked Trip.com for a hotel, but I couldn't book online. So, I decided to go directly to a hostel I found nearby. 🏠 Staying in a Famous Western Hostel The hostel cost me 60 yuan, and the owner spoke English! 💬 He even had an English name, which made communication easier. 🏚️ The hostel was very old but had a good reputation among Western travelers.
