After seven years one third of the Afghan people have become refugees. Sandy Gall's report shows the agony of the Afghan nation as her people continue to flee from the fighting across the mountainous borders from Afghanistan into Pakistan. We hear the Interviews with some of the refugees who describe the horrific circumstances in which their family were killed. Sandy and his two cameramen Noel Smart and Andy Skrzypkowiak walked across the mountains with the Mujahideen troops to rendezvous with Ahmed Shah Masud the most important single guerrilla leader operating inside the country.
