Bruges is located in the Flemish Region of Belgium, and the capital of West Flanders. We were visiting to check out the city and the Christmas Markets. Bruges is best known for it’s scenic waterways, cobblestone streets, and medieval architecture. It's also one of the best-preserved cities in Europe and a UNESCO world heritage site. This was a daytrip for us, from Brussels.
