Digitally Empowered Healthcare Workers For Today and Tomorrow

In collaboration with Johnson & Johnson and partners through the Community Health Units For Universal Health Coverage (CHU4UHC) platform, Living Goods listened to those closest to the system: community health workers, supervisors, county leaders, and national stakeholders working to scale digital community health across Kenya. Their message was consistent and clear. Digital tools can strengthen primary health care but only when they are affordable, intuitive, well-supported, and aligned with government systems and frontline realities. As countries pursue Universal Health Coverage, digital health must move beyond pilots and promises. It must be embedded in policy, sustainably financed, and designed to support the people delivering care every day. Together with governments and partners, we remain committed to building resilient, digitally enabled community health systems that deliver at scale.
