Hannah and Rachel, owners of Organico health food shop, visit organic growers Kristin Laubach and Tony Thomas of Tooreen, who have been growing organically for almost 40 years… since Hannah and Rachel were teens! In fact, Kristen and Tony got such an early start, they became the 007 of organic veg (it’ll make sense in the video). During the visit, the four chatted about how the soil will impact future generations, the issues around big supply chains, and why more young people need to get growing. The couple also gave us a touching look into their lives – how running an organic farm has brought them joy and allowed them to lead a family-oriented lifestyle and the joy of producing high-quality, fresh produce locally.
