https://bakerspride.com/bp-products/c... The P46 series ovens combine the shorter deck of our pizza and pretzel ovens with the taller deck of the P24 to give you maximum baking versatility. The top baking chamber has two decks and a 2.75 or 3.25" deck height, while the bottom baking chamber has one deck and a 7" or 7.5 deck height, both with the option of Cordierite or brick-lined. The two baking chambers are also independently controlled, featuring a 284–680°F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140–150°F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber. This series comes standard with stainless steel exterior and 4” adjustable legs. International voltages available.
