Tonic Clonic, (Grand Mal) EPILEPSY SEIZURE INJURY tonight 12/11/2025 Had a seizure tonight and came out of it with an injury and bitten tongue. My camera glitched so it didn’t catch the seizure. There was a loss in time and my heart was racing. I was confused and disoriented. All of this told me I had a seizure. Then I realized I had an injury on my neck. My only guess is I had a walking seizure, fell and got back up and made it to the couch before my consciousness fully returned. I could have had a tonic clonic or grand mal during that time. With the way I felt, that is my best guess. Death from injuries from epilepsy are real, horrible injuries are real and so is SUDEP. Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy.
