These stretches will target all the areas that feel tight and stiff after the repetitive movements of a long hike. Expect lots of stretches for the hips and legs, plus some for the back, shoulders and neck as well. These stretches are also great to do even if you didn't do a hike! You'll feel nice and open through your entire lower body.
