It's been a lot of work to get to this point, but we finally finished up the rear suspension overhaul for the UglyTruck. We went from a stock leaf spring and 2/4 drop to a 6" rear drop with a flip kit. It's got Cal Tracs for traction, a welded/boxed c notch, an ‪@atomic178‬ shock relocation kit with Viking double adjustable shocks, and we even painted the frame. When we combine the rear suspension, shocks, and caltracs with the turbo big block and a ton of horsepower, HOPEFULLY this will be enough to get the truck into the 8s. Sure, it's a lofty goal for such a big heavy truck, but I think we're well on our way. Oh, and don't forget, we have a 547 cubic inch Gen VII big block chevy engine build in the works thats gonna replace the stock junkyard 8.1 thats turbo'd with an S480 right now.
