Teaming up with Elena we went trough this survival workout. Starting with box jumps. 8 sets of 1. Jumping higher each time. Followed with kettlebell renegade row, harder variation as usual, legs on the step. Be Careful here, easy to fall!! Do 4 sets of 6-8 each sides Gotta make that back strong so we did commando pull ups up to failure, change grip after each pulls if you dare. 4 sets to failure. If you want to be able to handle a bow with the max efficiency then the Iso Bow Hold will serve you well. Use weight what you can't pull, hold it for 5 seconds, do 4 sets each arm. Let's make some bicep gains. Heavy curls the way here. 3 sets of 5. Finishing off with a functional circuit will help to jump, run, throw and climb easier. 2 sets of 10 with the ball throw and do as many as possible on the yoga balls.
