Rolling investigation into private judging. This video is designed to educate the public on matters related to the police, lawyers and our courts. In every community it is the elected District Attorney who hold the power to prosecute crimes, or not. In Santa Clara County we have found that the DA, Jeff Rosen , prosecute petty crimes, but ignores crimes involving charities engaging in donor fraud and lawyers clogging the courts with private judge cases that earn them hundreds of millions more in fees when they act in cases involving domestic violence. Much of the real abuse is secreted in private judge cases, as are serious crimes involving tax evasion, theft and long term abuse. Please support local journalism in your community.
