How to separate cream from raw milk using Swiss Vintage farmhouse tool

Hello everyone, I want to share with you an easy way to separate fresh cream from raw milk with which this simple Swiss Vintage Farmhouse tool does very effectively. This was a standard tool used by most Swiss farmhouses. My husband's family were traditional Swiss farmers until about half-century ago. My mother-in-law saw me trying to separate cream from fresh raw milk with a big deep plate and struggling with it. She gave me this tool as she didn't need it anymore. I saw this about 21 years back in a bigger Migros, but haven't seen it ever since. You can probably get this in some special farm shops like Landi or in Brockenhauses. I have been buying raw milk directly from farmers since I moved here. The cows are grass fed and the milk is organic. Over the past couple of years we don't consume so much of milk anymore. Yet I wanted to share this wonder tool which does make life easier. Kindly post your comments and suggestions of how we can improve our garden to be even more productive.
