Confidence at interview is all about walking into the interview room knowing that you have done everything you can to prepare. That way you can almost be blasé about it: "Well, if they don't like me they don't like me - but I'm ready - bring it on!". Just as (according to the BBC) 85% of CVs are never even looked at, I believe 85+% of interview questions are entirely predictable. How? Well mostly because you know what they are looking for.... you know (if you are being honest with yourself) where you are strong, a bit weak or have little to offer against each and every one of their requirements. They'll be sitting there with the same appraisal trying to double check you are strong where you say so, give you the opportunity to add further material where you appear a little weaker and prod you to see whether the 'holes' in your case are really holes or not... You CAN prepare for this if you get serious about it!
