Welcome to Yoga by Neha! In this 40-minute yoga flow, you will experience a rejuvenating and relaxing practice designed to improve your flexibility, balance, and overall wellness. This beginner-friendly flow led by me, will guide you through a series of poses that are specifically chosen to release stress and tension in the body. The flow will start with Side Bends, a gentle twisting pose that helps to relieve stress and tension in the neck, shoulders, and spine. This will be followed by a twist, a classic yoga pose that helps to detoxify the body and improve digestion. Next you will be stretching into Downward Dog, a classic yoga pose that stretches the hamstrings, calves, and spine while strengthening the arms and legs. Moving into Upward Dog, you will continue to stretch the spine while also strengthening the back and arms. Goumukhasana, or Cow Face Pose, will follow, stretching the hips, neck, and shoulders while also improving posture. Reverse Table Top will then be introduced, a pose that strengthens the core and improves balance. Warrior 1 and Reverse Warrior will be next, two dynamic poses that will help you build strength and improve flexibility in the legs and hips. Sethu Bandhasana, or Bridge Pose, will follow, helping to stretch the chest, neck, and spine while also improving circulation and digestion. The flow will continue with Middle Split Side Bend, a pose that stretches the hamstrings, groin, and hips while also improving balance and flexibility. Leg Circles will follow, helping to improve circulation and flexibility in the legs. Three-Legged Downward Dog will then be introduced, a pose that strengthens the legs and improves balance. The flow will conclude with Happy Baby Pose, a gentle pose that releases tension in the hips, back, and legs, followed by Wind Releasing Pose, a pose that helps to relieve gas, bloating, and digestive discomfort.
