This was my hardest week of training before attempting a 100K ultra & it didn’t go to plan.. In this video we take you through the final heavy training block, life in Australia, and the moment my knee started to give me real concern! With just over two weeks to go until the race, this week was about pushing the body and mind before taper begins. The sessions were big, the fatigue was real, and by the end of the week something didn’t feel right.
