These are mini salted caramel Bon Bons with a crunchy base of almonds, biscoff and coconut. I made a two ingredient plant based caramel that turned out really nice! Here are the instructions for the caramel; 185 g coconut cream 90 g brown sugar Mix both ingredients into a medium size saucepan and simmer for around 10 mins. I added some tea to mine for extra flavor. The temperature at 10 mins for my caramel was 202f, if you want a firmer caramel you might want to simmer an additional couple minutes.
