This mission can be broken down into 4 phases. All directions seen from starting position: 1. A Bomber, 4 Deroys and 30 Drones from the front. 15 Silvers from the back. If you're lucky, 2 or 3 Deroys might move in the same direction. Try to get them with the X18. Send the Bomber some 105mm-love and get the Blasters running. If your air strikes did their job, you should be able to get a Nix now. Start reloading the Blasters when you enter the Nix. Hop forward, then backwards to buy time for the reload. Try hopping in a straight line along the road to avoid hitting any buildings on the way back. Destroy the houses around, call new Nixes when available and make sure to have some Blasters left when the number of enemies drops to 15, including the Ships. That starts phase 2. 2. An elite Colonist and 30 Goldens spawn out of map on the right. The game should freeze for a moment when they appear. 25 seconds later, an identical group will spawn on the left. 45 seconds after that, 3 groups of elite NPCs will spawn at the right edge of the map. As long as you have some Blasters running, the Goldens shouldn't be too much of a problem. Except for that single one that always manages to get behind me. When most enemies are processed, get your newest Nix and recruit the NPCs. If you leave a Colonist alive, you might get lucky and it sticks with one of your old Nixes. If that happens, you'll have much more time to prepare for phase 3. But that's not a must. See the Fails & Feasts compilation for wins without that (link below). The 3 captains and all Rangers are immortal. Once all enemies on the map are dead (Ships aren't enemies in that sense), they are revived with yellow health. If the Goldens murdered a captain, you can't recruit the remnants of his/her group till the captain is revived. This happens automatically at least once, as phase 3 starts as soon as all enemies are dead. Try tho heal yourself and the NPCs as good as you can before that happens. Don't forget to set up the Blasters! 3. When all enemies are dead, you have 20 seconds till hëll breaks loose. The 3 Teleportation Ships will open. Right front: Goldens. Back: Red Wasps. Left front: Silvers. Sink the Goldens' Ship immediately. An army of Tadpoles will fly in and 2x5 Elite Colonists will be dropped on the tracks. Try hitting the Colonists with the X18 and activate the Blasters. In the ensuing chaos, your primary objectives are: Kill any big target (Colonist, Silver, Blue Tadpole), collect healing items to keep the NPCs alive, call new Nixes and X18s when possible. Switch Nixes timely and nothing should go wrong. Except you get grabbed by a Blue Tadpole. Then it's game over. When most of the enemies are processed, move towards the Silvers' Ship. From there, you can spawn-kill the Silvers with Nix and the Red Wasps with the 105mm. This way, you should be able to reduce the number of enemies to zero, reviving fallen NPCs. Trying to get them healed is a bigger problem. At this point in the mission, you'll have hit the display limit of 128 items. Enemies will stop dropping new items till you collect some. But you can't run all over the map to collect items, as the respawning Silvers will murder the very NPCs you're trying to heal. Well, you can do it, but you'll have to revive the NPCs again and the whole thing takes forever. The final phase starts as soon as there are: less than 2 Ships and less than 5 enemies. The Wasps' Ship in the back can be sunken by a well placed X18. 4. Around the outer border of the map, 12 Kings & Queens will appear. 5 super-strong Bargas will arrive when you've killed 4 royals. But the delivery takes so much time that they are of very little help. This sounds worse than it is. The royals are nerfed compared to their counterparts in other missions.
