So while we are all better stay home and can't do yoga class together for a while, let me bring yoga classes to your home. Hardly we move our shoulder on our daily activities, we move the hand, the wrists and elbow, and the shoulder often just passively move. Here let's practice on our shoulder mobility and range of motion. Explore their movement and focus on bringing the engagement to the chest area as well.
