In small bowl, combine all ingredients 2. Once it is thoroughly mixed, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. 3. Serve with olives & Enjoy! Fried Olives: 3 10oz jars stuffed olives (I used Bleu Cheese, Garlic, and Jalapeno Stuffed) 1.5 cups all purpose flour 4 whole eggs Splash of milk (optional) 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs Canola oil for frying 1. Do the following in batches based on the olive stuffing. You gotta keep ‘em separated! 2. Drain liquid from olives 3. In batches of about 12, toss to coat in flour. Shake off excess with a sifter or colander 4. Move them into the egg schmeg and toss gently to coat 5. Move them to the breadcrumbs, shaking off excess egg 6. Toss in breadcrumbs to coat 7. Transfer to plate or small sheet pan 8. For cheese stuffed, do those first and let rest in freezer while you finish the rest. The others can rest in the refrigerator until ready to fry. You can also freeze them on a pan, them move to a zip-top freezer bag and store for later use. If you store for later use, fry from frozen. 9. Once all olives have been breaded, place about 2 inches of oil in a high-sided pot. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F 10. Place olives in batches of 12-16 and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on wire rack, and keep warm in warm oven until all are fried and ready to serve. 11. Repeat with all olives until done. 12. Plate them up with a ramekin of garlic lemon aioli. 13. Stuff them in your face hole! 14. Bone apple yeet!
