DESCRIPTION: This restorative sequence is designed to help ease fall-related anxiety. According to Ayurveda, fall is known as Vata season — the Dosha composed of air and space. With all the movement and light, airy qualities of this time of year, we often start to feel that way ourselves — scattered, anxious, and ungrounded. This practice begins with a grounding meditation to help you move out of the mind and into the body — perfect for a mid-day reset or to unwind before sleep.
