We are Pretty Gritty, a community of women interested in fitness and adventure, run by Emma and Katie, level 2 triathlon coaches. This video is of our parkrun takeover, marshalling in the Chevin Forest, Leeds and offering the best cakes at the finish line. If you were there and within 6 minutes of the leader as he entered the second lap, there will be a video of you running along the muddy track. Fast-forward to find yourself.
