湯水又相逢(網上版) Soupday Tuesday (Online) 第五集:節瓜粟米袪濕湯(4-6人份) Episode 05: Fuzzy Melon and Corn Dampness Clearing Soup (4-6servings) 春困。大家待在家中,要讓身體的狀態變得強健,遠離疾病,以迎接更好的明天。 看似簡單的食材,如能巧妙運用即可以最天然的方法修復身體。今次煮持人何Lili大家分享有助袪濕、平衡身體機能的節瓜粟米湯。 材料: 粟米2根、節瓜2-3個(按大小而定)、眉豆及花生(混合約一碗)、薏米1把、陳皮1角、蜜棗3枚 做法: 1. 先把豆類、薏米等以清水浸泡最少一小時,洗淨備用。 2. 其餘所有材料清洗乾淨,節瓜去皮切塊,粟米連鬚連芯切大塊備用。 3. 將所有材料加入鍋中以10碗水同煲,以大火煮滾後轉中火煮約1小時。 4. 飮用前下鹽調味。 功效:低脂低熱量的節瓜含有豐富膳食纖維,有助利尿排毒,其性質不寒不熱,適合所有人士飲用。 Here comes the spring sleepiness. Ingredients: 2 cobs of corns, 2-3fuzzy melons (adjust according to size), black-eyed peas and peanuts (bowlful amount), a handful of coix seeds, 1 dried tangerine peel, 3 candied dates Method: 1. Rinse thoroughly and soak the black-eyed peas, peanuts and coix seeds in water for at least an hour. 2. Rinse the rest of ingredients thoroughly. Peel and slice the fuzzy melons. Cut the corn with itssilk and cob into chucks. 3. Place all ingredients into a pot with 10 bowls of water on high heat until the water boils. Switch to medium heat and boil for an hour. 4. Add salt to taste. Benefits: Fuzzy melon is low in fat and calories but rich in dietary fiber. It helps increasing urine output to remove toxins from the body.
