I went fishing for eelpout. They are also called burbot, or lingcod, or lawyers. They have a lot of names, but I really don't know what to call them because I CAN'T CATCH THEM. For this video, we'll call theme eelpout. Eelpout are Stupid. If they are there, the don't bite. If they aren't there, I'd wish they'd come by and bite on my bait. I'm a fishing failure. There's no other way to say it. Instead of using live minnows like fatheads, I used smelt as cut bait. It didn't work. Nothing does. Stupid Eelpout. Stupid Lawyers. Stupid Lingcod. Stupid Burbot. STUPID FISH! I then went to a local pond to try and catch any type of fish, but there was ice on the pond. I hope the ice gets thick soon, so I can ice fish. I hope you enjoyed my failure.
